Welcome to my page! I’m Kiera Baker, a sports journalist and broadcaster who’s passionate about capturing the stories that go beyond the scoreboard. As a former USCAA All-American basketball player and Broadcast Journalism major at Penn State University, I bring both an athlete’s mindset and a reporter’s curiosity to everything I do.

My journey has taken me from the sidelines of Houston Texans games to interviews with athletes and sports influencers, and even live play-by-play commentary for local broadcasts. Whether I’m hosting, reporting, or creating digital content, my goal is to spotlight the voices, energy, and experiences that make sports more than just a game.

I’m also proud to be a member of the National Association of Black Journalists, and Women in Sports Media Houston — organizations that inspire me to keep breaking barriers and uplifting diverse perspectives in sports media.
